Your home will be a Featured Home. These homes are seen before any other listing. They are viewed 500% more than any other listing.

MLS-Your home will be listed in the Realtor database, with a Virtual Tour and up to 20 photos of your home for all Realtors in the area to view your home and forward this information on to their buyers.

Our Website-Our site is viewed over 3000 times a month. Your home will be one of our Featured Properties which is one of the very first things people will see when they come to our site. They will be able to see multiple photos and a virtual tour of your home. People not only come to our site to see listings, they come to our site to learn about, and fall in love with the area. Our site offers a huge amount of information on our area, from school and community reports to restaurants and fun things to do.

“Just Listed” Postcards- We send out hundreds of full color postcards with a photo of your home to your neighborhood and to the surrounding neighborhoods. You would be surprised how often a neighbor knows of someone interested in moving into your neighborhood.

Full Color Brochures- Inside your home we will have brochures that feature multiple photos of your home along with the amenities that make your home special.

Yard Signs- A highly visible sign will be placed in the front yard with our contact information and website. Not all people like having a sign in their yard. Feel free to tell us and we will not have one put in.

Electronic Key Boxes- These are usually placed on or around the front door. These Key boxes are only accessible by a licensed Realtor. There is no code to put in; the Realtor has a special electronic key that they use. Anytime a Realtor uses your key box we are automatically emailed what day and time they entered your home. We can contact them immediately to get feedback on what their client thought of your home. A nice security feature of these boxes is that they don’t allow access after a certain hour which you determine.

Directional Signs- These signs direct potential buyers to your home to drive by and take a flyer. Not all communities allow directional signs.
