Buying a home is an exciting time in one's life. It can be very rewarding and at the same time be very stressfull. It is very important to choose a Realtor that you believe in and that you have good rapport with. You need someone that has your best interest at heart. I come from a hotel management background where the customer is my top priority. It is my goal to meet and excede your real estate needs and expectations.

WHY YOU NEED A BUYER’S AGENT!

It does not cost you a thing to have a buyer’s agent. The seller pays for this.

As a buyer’s agent I have a fiduciary responsibility to do what is in your best interest. These are some of the things I do for you.

•Explain and help you understand every step of the buying process in order to make   

  this the most rewarding experience possible.

•Assist you in determining the amount you can afford, and show you properties in  

  that price range and locale. Also, to help you secure financing for your new home.

•Assist in viewing properties—accompany you on showings, or preview the 

  property on your behalf to ensure that the identified specifications are met.

•Advise you on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property.

•Negotiate on your behalf to obtain the identified property, keeping your best

  interests in mind.

 •Provide a list of potential qualified vendors (e.g. home inspector’s, closing attorneys, etc.)         Then  accompany and guide you through the home inspection and

  settlement process.  

•Do a walk through of your new home prior to settlement to make sure the home

  is left in the type of condition agreed to by the sellers.

•Most Important, I fully represent you throughout the entire real estate transaction.

  I will be with you 100% of the way to make this as enjoyable and as stress free as

  possible.
